• As a courtesy to our clients and our therapists we request 48 hours notice for rearrangement or cancellation of treatments otherwise we reserve the right to charge 50% of treatment fee.
• Clients arriving late cannot be guaranteed full treatment time, but will be charged full price for the treatment booked.
• Large bookings will be charged 50% to secure the appointment.
• Must be used within 12 months of issue and cannot be extended past the validation date.
• Are non-redeemable for cash.
• Lost vouchers cannot be replaced
• Must be produced on arrival as proof of purchase.

• Clients can park outside the salon for free. Please park sensibly and on the right hand side by the wall as you enter.
